The opening sequence begins with an MRI of a head with a picture of the boxed “H” from the logo in the foreground. This is then overlaid with a picture of Dr. House’s face taken from the pilot episode with the show’s full title showing throughout his face. House’s head then fades and the show’s title is underlined and has the “M.D.” appear next to it, producing the whole emblem of the show.
